Site work and renovation of a mixed-use development in Little Falls, Minnesota. Completed plans call for the renovation of a military facility; and for site work for a water / sewer project.

The following summary is a general guide to the scope of work. It should not be constructed as a detailed list of work included in the contract. 1. This project includes mechanical, electrical, well drilling, excavation, grading and seeding to install a geothermal ground loop heat exchanger to add (104) 120 ft deep vertical bores to the existing horizontal geothermal wellfield system. 2. The header piping on the existing horizontal well field is also to be replaced. The existing headers shall be removed, and new header piping installed in straight lines and then reconnected to the existing (150) 3/4 " supply and return lines from each horizontal bore. Before removing the header piping, the hydronic fluid shall be pumped from the system and cleaned for reuse. 3. The hydronic pumps serving the wellfield will also be replaced to account for the higher flow required for the expanded well field. The expansion tank serving the wellfield will also be replaced. The pumps will need to be disconnected and reconnected by an electrical contractor. 4. The design requires a phased construction approach in order to maintain heating and cooling systems that minimizes impacts to operations that exist within the facility. A licensed well driller is required to install the 104 geothermal bores and piping and replace the existing header piping on the horizontal well field to the existing vault. 5. After all the underground piping has been installed, tested, and inspected, the site will be graded and seeded. PHASE 1 - INSTALL NEW VERTICAL WELLS, CLEAN, FLUSH AND FILL BEFORE BRINGING ONLINE. PHASE 2 - REPAIR EXISTING HEADER TRENCH TO THE NORTH, RECLAIM EXISTING HEAT TRANSFER MEDIA AND SAVE FOR REUSE. CLEAN, FLUSH AND FILL BEFORE BRINGING ONLINE. PHASE 3 - REPAIR EXISTING HEADER TRENCH TO THE SOUTH, RECLAIM EXISTING HEAT TRANSFER MEDIA AND SAVE FOR REUSE. CLEAN, FLUSH AND FILL BEFORE BRINGING ONLINE. PHASE 4 - FLUSH AND FILL ENTIRE GEO-THERMAL SYSTEM ONCE ALL GROUND LOOP HEAT EXCHANGER WORK IS COMPLETED. This project has a 2% Targeted Group (TG), Economically Disadvantaged (ED), and Veteran-Owned (VO) Small Business (TG/ED/VO) subcontracting goals established. TIME OF COMPLETION A. The project shall be substantially complete no later than September 15, 2025 B. Final completion of the work will be on or before October 1, 2025.
