Norwich Public Utilities seeks to receive Bids for lawn restoration and general landscaping services in connection with gas/water/sewer/electric construction operations. A majority of work under this bid is the restoration of residential/commercial lawn surfaces following excavation for utility projects. Other work includes the planting of trees and shrubs, installation of erosion and sedimentation control devices, mulch, stone, edging, etc., and other general landscaping tasks. Term of the Contract: Calendar years 2025,2026, and 2027 The term of the Contract shall be three years, contingent upon satisfactory performance by the Vendor. The contract start date shall be April 1, 2025. Requests for price changes will be considered on an annual basis only (around the anniversary date of the agreement) and must be justified and based upon verifiable criteria. It is incumbent on the Vendor to contact NPU with the request. If no request is received then the terms and conditions of the original agreement will prevail.
