The work to be done consists of fumishing all materials, and Labor necessary for all work tasks associated with the 2024 Water and Sewer System Improvement, generally consisting of: Installation of approximately 2,730 LF of 8" PVC SDR 35 sanitary sewer mains Installation of approximately 140 LF of 8" DIP sanitary sewer mains Installation of approximately 50 LF of 16" steel encasement pipe with 8" DIP sanitary sewer main. Installation of approximately 26 manholes Installation of approximately 390 LF of 6" CIPP lining- Residential service reconnectbns Associated pavement repairs The installation, maintenance, and removal of erosion control facilities Other associated appurtenances for a connplete and proper installation Bidders must deposit security with all bids. Security shall be in the form of a certified check or bid bond made payable to the Owner, and shall be for an amount equal to not less than five percent (5%) of the amount of the bid. Provisions of the security shall be as described in the Information for Bidders. Performance and Payment Bonds, each in the amount of 100% of the contract price will be required of the successful bidder.
