Asphaltic Material (HMA) for Joe Snow Road (1250 tons of 3LT 58-28 OIL and 1250 tons of 4LT 58-28 OIL) From Farmingdale Road to Highway 64 Town of Corning reserves the right to consider all proposals for a period not to exceed twenty (20) days from the date of opening This is part of WisDOT Local Road Improvement Program (LRIP). All bids must be submitted to the above address. All bids must be in a sperate container or envelope and marked "Bid for Asphaltic Material". The Town of Corning will either award the contract or reject all bids within that time. Town of Corning reserves the right to reject any or all bids or parts thereof and wave any technicality in any bid submitted and makes such award as they deem most advantageous to the Town.
