Bids for Field Lighting Improvements for Diamonds 1-4 at the Merrill Area Recreation Complex (MARC). The Owner reserves the right to reject any and all bids or to accept any bid deemed to be in the best interest of the owner and to waive any informalities in the bidding. Bids will be received for the proposed work, which consists of the following major items. Design sports field lights Supply and install (as designed by contractor) Poles Lights Conduit Wiring Control Panels All questions about the meaning or intent of the Contract Documents are to be directed to Engineer. Interpretations or clarifications considered necessary by Engineer in response to such questions will be issued by Addenda mailed or delivered to all parties recorded by Engineer as having received the Bidding Documents. Questions received less than 10 days prior to the date for opening of Bids may not be answered.
