Contract With an Entity to Re-locate Three(3) Sections of Right of Way Fencing North of Highway C on the Western Right of Way of Highway 51. The Lincoln County Forestry, Land and Parks Committee Reserves the Right to Reject Any and All Bids and Acceptthe Bid Most Advantageous to Lincoln County. The project area is located in the western right of way of Highway 51, north of County Highway C, in the E 1/2 SE 1/4 Sec. 24 T32N - R06E, Town of Merrill, Lincoln County, WI. The project involves removing approximately 850 feet of existing Department of Transportation (DOT) right of way fence in three locations and constructing approximately 975 feet of fence (closer to Highway 51) in three designated locations. See Appendix B for air photo maps of the three locations. This fence relocation project will provide more space for an existing snowmobile trail along the western side of the right of way
