HANDRAIL REPLACEMENT/NEW HANDRAILS AT THE R.J. CHANDLER WTP Each BIDDER is required to file with his or her Bid either a Cashier's Check drawn on an Alabama bank or a Bid Bond executed by a surety company duly authorized and qualified to make such bonds in the State of Alabama, payable to the WATER WORKS AND SEWER BOARD OF THE CITY OF SELMA for an amount not less than five percent (5%) of the total amount of the Bid. Performance and Payment Bonds and evidence of insurance as required in the Bid documents will be required at the signing of the Contract. No BIDDER may withdraw his or her Bid within sixty (60) days after the actual date of the opening thereof. The OWNER reserves the right to waive any informalities, or reject any or all Bids, and to award the Contract to the lowest responsible, responsive bidder Question Deadline 03/10/2025 at 2:00 PM CT Every request for such interpretation should be in writing addressed to HSA ENGINEERS, INC. and sent via email to Meredith.hsaeng@gmail.com a minimum of 48 hours prior to the Bid Opening
