The project consists of resurfacing the existing town park basketball court to establish a new court surface for basketball and pickleball, as well as gravel parking expansion and drainage improvements. In addition to the removal of the existing fencing, basketball goals, and asphalt surface, approximate proposed construction quantities include 125 tons of asphalt paving, 45 tons of stone base, 300 linear feet of 6"-12" storm pipe, 210 linear feet of drainage channel, 425 linear feet of 10' high chain link fence, respreading asphalt millings, court coating and striping, basketball goals and pickleball net, erosion and sedimentation controls and permanent seeding, and other miscellaneous items. Upon receipt of payment, printed Bidding Documents will be sent via the prospective Bidder's delivery method of choice; the shipping charge will depend on the shipping method chosen. The date that the Bidding Documents are transmitted by the issuing office will be considered the Bidder's date of receipt of the Bidding Documents. Partial sets of the Bidding Documents will not be available from the issuing office. All questions must be submitted to CEC in writing by 12:00 P.M. Local Prevailing Time on Thursday, March 6th, 2025. The number of days to achieve Substantial Completion is 120 days and the number of days to achieve readiness for final payment is 150.
