Installation of LVT Squares at Ghent Elementary Product specifications will be discussed at this meeting; therefore, all bidders MUST attend to familiarize themselves with the Project conditions and other relevant information. Should any bidder fail to attend, its Bid will be disqualified. After the scheduled closing time of receipt of bids, no bid may be withdrawn for a period of sixty days. Pursuant to Chapter 21 - Article 11 of the "West Virginia Contractor Licensing Act" of 1991, all Contractors doing business in West Virginia must be licensed to perform work in the State; the Contractors W.V. License Number must be affixed to all submitted construction bids and fully executed and binding construction Contracts or Agreements. All bidders are required to furnish a Bid Bond in the amount of five percent (5%) of the bid price if the bid is over $25,000.00. The successful Bidder will be required to furnish satisfactory Performance and Labor and Material Bonds in the amount of the contract price if the contract is over $25,000.00.
