Pre-Bid Meeting No Type of Award Lump Sum BUSINESS LICENSE The successful Vendor may be required to obtain a Rancho Cucamonga Business License prior to any services or work being rendered. Vendor must also possess and maintain all appropriate licenses/certifications. The City reserves the right to withdraw this Solicitation at any time without prior notice and makes no representations that an award will be issued to any Vendor responding to this Solicitation. The City expressly reserves the right to reject any and all Solicitation Responses without indicating any reasons for such rejections. Solicitation Responses become the property of the City. The City reserves the right to conduct pre-award discussions and/or pre-Contract negotiations with any or all responsive Vendors who submit solicitation responses. The right is reserved, unless otherwise stated, to accept or reject all or any solicitation responses, or any part thereof, either separately or as a whole, or to waive any informality and to split or make the award in any manner determined by the City to be in the best interest of the City.
