Renovation of an educational facility in Highlands Ranch, Colorado. Working plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
As of August 28, 2025, the project has been postponed indefinitely. *The closed solicitation has been included below for reference: Highlands Ranch Metropolitan District- Infrastructure Upgrade Highlands Ranch Metropolitan District Owner 62 Plaza Drive Highlands Ranch, Colorado 80129 Bore 2" HDPE conduits across S. University Blvd. and S. Broadway at Dad Clark Dr. Remove and replace existing pedestals (27) that house quad GFCI Electrical Receptacles. (15 are at University and Dad Clark Dr, 8 on the west side, 6 on the east side. 12 at Broadway and Dad Clark Dr., 5 on the west and 7 on the east) Remove and replace existing mounting panel wall. Remove and replace existing breaker panel, photocell and contactors at each location. Remove electrical infrastructure off fence at University location. Remove time clocks from panels. Refeed monument lights at both sites and Flag light at University location. All questions must be submitted to Taylor Irelan at tirelan@highlandsranch.org by February 24, 2025, 12 pm local time. Answers will be provided by February 25, 2025, 12pm local time. The contract is 90 days with Liquidated damages set at $50 per day. Cost Estimate of $136,000.
