(Motor will be reused and vertical turbine pump will be discarded) 2 Use a crane truck to remove the Jockey Pump/Pressure Maintenance Pump. (Pump and motor will be reused) 3 Remove existing piping and components from the pump skid. (Amiad Filter, Filter Flush Line and Pressure Relief Valve will be reused) 4 Remove Control Cabinet from pump skid. (VFD's for Main Duty and Jockey Pumps will be reused) 5 Cut pump skid in pieces and remove from the building. (Pump skid will be discarded) 6 Engineer and design new Pump Station Layout. (Highlands Ranch will approve drawings before fabrication) 7 Fabricate new two-piece pump skid and discharge piping. 8 Paint pump skid and piping with Hunter Green Epoxy Paint. 9 Install pump skid and piping in the pump house. 10 Use a crane truck to install the new vertical turbine pump/ existing 50hp Motor and Jockey Pump and Motor. 11 Mount new control panel on the pump skid. 12 Run conduit and wire to electrical components on the pump skid. 13 Program the OID with the set point and tune the station. 14 Test station for proper functionality
