Scope of Project: 8,973 SY of 6-inch reinforced concrete pavement The deadline to ask questions is 3/18/2025 10:30 AM CST A cashier's check or bid bond in the amount of 2% of the total bid amount must accompany each bid. The successful bidder will be required to provide performance, payment and maintenance bonds for the full amount of the contract. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids. Harris County Municipal Utility District No. 165 Side lot swales will be graded as part of this contract. Unit B, Item 5 includes language providing positive drainage. Since these lots are 0% grade across the pad, the sidelot swales are needed and shown in the plans. Plans approved: They are in the approval process, with the anticipation that plans will be approved by the time contract documents are ready for execution. The site should be balanced, so all dirt should be able to stay on site. If there does happen to be a minor amount of excess dirt, the dirt will stay adjacent to Section 3 to avoid long hauling distances. Final Completion of the Work within forty five (45) calendar days after the date of the written Notice to Proceed.
