Question Due Date / Time: February, 24 2025 00:00:00 (11:59PM Mountain Time) All questions regarding this Department Request For Quotation (D-RFQ) must be emailed to Newlen Sutton at suttonen@co.larimer.co.us. Include both the D-RFQ number and Title in the Subject Line of the email, or your question may be missed. All questions received before the question due date/time will be answered via an ADDENDUM, which will be published in red at the top of this page. An addendum is a document that answers questions and/or provides additional information. Addenda may change one or more pieces of this D-RFQ. 1. SERVICES AND/OR GOODS BEING SOUGHT The Larimer County Facilities Management Department is requesting quotations with the intention of contracting with one or more companies for the following Services and/or Goods: monthly trash removal on vacant lots and restoration sites managed by Facilities 2. QUALIFICATIONS Vendor should be member of ALCC. 3. SCOPE 1) Perform trash pick-up and removal on vacant lots and restoration sites managed by Larimer County Facilities. 2) Place trash in dumpsters on property. 3) Properties include: A. Lot north of 1525 Blue Spruce Dr. Fort Collins (4 acres) B. Flood retention basin and restoration east and south of 2501 Midpoint Dr. Fort Collins (10 acres) C. Property at 2260 Trilby Rd. Fort Collins (40 acres) D. Property at 6994 Rickenbacker Rd. Loveland (30 acers) E. Campus at 200 Peridot Ave. Loveland (9 acres) 4) Work will be performed once a month. Additional trash pick-ups may be requested. 5) Work to be paid for at hourly rate. 4. EVALUATION OF QUOTES Quote submittals will be awarded based on lowest quote, meeting all qualifications 5. AWARD AND CONTRACT This solicitation will be awarded to the vendor with the most responsive, responsible, reasonable quotation meeting all specifications and deemed the best fit and most advantageous to Larimer County. To assist in the decision for award: interviews may be held, background checks may be performed, references may be contacted, and other inquiries may be taken to determine the abilities of the vendor. The term of the agreement shall be for one (1) year from the date the agreement is executed. The County, at its sole option, may offer to extend this Contract for up to Four (4) additional one-year terms. The extension option may be exercised providing satisfactory service is given, and must be mutually agreed upon in writing, by and between the County and the Award Vendor.
