Renovation of an educational facility in Santa Maria, California. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.

Portable roof replacement at Oakley elementary school. All questions regarding this solicitation shall be directed through online utilizing the Q&A tab. Each Bid shall be accompanied by a bid security in the form of a certified check, cashier's check, or Bid bond by a guaranty company authorized to conduct business in the State of California in an amount equal to at least ten percent (10%) of the sum of the total amount of the bid, including any options. All Bidders shall be licensed under the provisions of Chapter 9, Division 3 of the Business and Professions Code of the State of California to do the type of work contemplated in the Project. The successful bidder shall possess a valid Contractor's License issued by the Contractor's State License Board at the time the contract is awarded. The class of contractor's license shall be a "C-39" or other CSLB applicable license. The successful bidder will be required to furnish a Payment Bond and Performance Bond in an amount equal to one hundred percent (100%) of the total amount of the contract before the commencement of work and conforming to the contract documents, as well as furnish and maintain proof of Commercial General Liability Insurance, Workers' Compensation Insurance, and all other insurance or certifications as required by the contract documents. The Department of Industrial Relations has determined the general prevailing rate of per diem wages and the general prevailing rate for holiday and overtime work for the locality in which this work is to be performed for each craft or type of worker needed to execute the contract. In bidding on this project, it shall be the Bidder's sole responsibility to evaluate and include the cost of complying with all Labor compliance requirements under this contract and applicable law in its bid.
