The City of Santa Maria, CA (hereafter "City") is seeking proposals from qualified providers to propose an audiovisual solution to upgrade the audiovisual systems in the Library's Dorothea Nelson Room, Altrusa Theatre and the Learning Center. The objective is to replace obsolete components to restore it to full functionality. Federal Labor Standards Provisions and Davis-Bacon Prevailing Wages. The City reserves the right to terminate the process without awarding the contract. The City reserves the right to accept or reject any part, or all, of each proposal submission and/or not to make an award if none of the proposals received meet the requirements.
