Prospective Contractors are cautioned that the proposal submitted in response to this solicitation must meet the criteria identified in VAAR Clause 852.219-73, VA Notice of Total Set-Aside for Certified Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Businesses (JAN 2023) (DEVIATION). Project Description: The contractor shall provide all supervision, labor, equipment, and materials needed to complete work for project 534-19-101 Correct Utility Infrastructure and Distribution and Collection System per the provided drawings, specifications, and this statement of work. Replace an existing 6" sanitary sewer main pipeline under the existing building. Replace in sections to allow continuous pumping bypass. Remove all debris, extraneous and unused piping utility lines, and further remove existing Asbestos-Containing Materials (ACM) and Lead Containing Material (LCM) from the basement. Maintain operation of all departments during construction. Construction impacts shall be minimized and mitigated in a way that limits disruption to the functioning of the Ralph H. Johnson Veterans Affairs Health Care System (VAHCS). Scheduling and coordination with the VAHCS will be critical and must be approved by Contracting Officer s Representative (COR) prior to work. 3.)
