The City of Anaheim is requesting bids for water meters for the Anaheim Public Utilities Department per the bid specifications. The City of Anaheim ("City"), Central Purchasing Office ("CPO"), on behalf of the Anaheim Public Utilities, is soliciting competitive bids for the procurement of Water Meters that meet the specified requirements. In the event no specific date is indicated, questions are due no later than seven (7) calendar days prior to the scheduled bid submittal date. Attempts to obtain information from other City employees or contractors during the bid cycle may disqualify a bidder. Answers to such inquiries, as well as any revision, deletion, or addition to the bid, will be publically posted on the City's website. Bidders should check the website for any addendums prior to submitting their bid. The City of Anaheim is soliciting bids for Axis cameras and peripherals. The Central Purchasing Office ("CPO"), on behalf of the Central Purchasing Office Department, is issuing this Request for Bid ("RFB") to qualified respondents. The primary objective is to procure the goods and/or services that meet the minimum qualifications, terms, and conditions as outlined in this RFB and comply with the Scope of Work and Specifications as well as any and all Attachments herein. The successful proposer shall furnish and deliver the scope in its entirety based on the agreed upon timeline. The respondent is required to meet all specifications and requirements contained in this RFB. No substitutions will be accepted, unless prior City written approval is received. Respondents may withdraw or submit updated proposals before the Proposal Submission Deadline specified in the RFB Schedule. Updated proposals must be complete replacements of previously submitted proposals, such that there is only one submitted proposal on the Proposal Submission Deadline.
