Maintenance Infrastructure Repair Contract, South - 2025, Various Locations, Atlantic, Burlington, Camden, Cape May, Cumberland, Gloucester and Salem Counties; 100% State Funded, PE No: 2622612, CE No: 2622986 Estimated Completion Date on One (1) year from NTP SBE Goals for this Contract 10% DVOB Goals for this Contract 1% Estimated Range between $2,500,001 to $5,000,000 Contractors Prequalified in one of these Work Types are eligible to bid this project: 4, 4b or 5 The Principal Items of Work Consist of: 679,000 Pct Adjustment Factor, (Force Account) 800 Hour Labor Crew, Concrete 400 Hour Labor Crew, Steel 410 Hour Labor Crew, Welding 1,700 Hour Labor Crew, Stormwater 400 Hour Labor Crew, Video Inspection and Cleaning 435 Hour Labor Crew, Diving 765 Hour Labor Crew, Timber Pursuant to N.J.S.A. 34:11-56.35(d), if the Commissioner of the Department of Labor and Workforce Development (LWD Commissioner) makes an initial determination that an employer has violated the provisions of P.L.1963, c.150 (C.34:11-56.25 et seq.) by paying wages at rates less than the rates applicable under that act, the LWD Commissioner may immediately issue a stop-work order to cease all business operations at every site where the violation has occurred, and may assess a civil penalty of $5,000 per day against the employer for each day it conducts business operations in violation of the stop-work order. If the stop-work order is issued against a subcontractor, the general contractor may terminate that subcontractor from the project in accordance with N.J.S.A. 34:11-56.35(d). Minimum Wage Rates for This Project Shall Be as Specified in the "Prevailing Wage Determination of the New Jersey Department of Labor and Workforce Development" on File With This Department. The Attention of Bidders is Directed to the Provisions Covering Subletting or Assigning the Contract. The Entire Work is to Be Completed on or Before the Estimated Completion Date Stated Above.
