Improvements also include the removal of spoils from a previous project completed by the Township. This shall include Earth Excavation, Furnished Excavation, Removal and Disposal of Unsuitable Materials, Fertilizer, Seeding, and Mulch Method 2. Grading of ditches to remove excess material around culverts that were replaced in 2023 along both sides of McGirr road. Ditch grading to improve storm water transmission through roadside ditches and removal of unsuitable material due to drain tile installation along McGirr Road
