The work shall include, but not be limited to, repairs and replacement of existing aggregate base courses, hot-mix asphalt surface removal, concrete sidewalk and curb and gutter removal, hot-mix asphalt binder course, hot-mix asphalt surface course, portland cement concrete sidewalk, detectable warnings, special detectable warnings, combination concrete curb and gutter, paint pavement markings, traffic control and protection and all incidental and collateral work necessary to complete the project as described herein. Description of Work: Location Various streets in the Village of Waterman, Dekalb County, IL Project Length 3,660 (0.69 miles) Proposed Improvement: The project will consist of hot-mix asphalt surface removal, aggregate base repair, bituminous materials (tack and prime coats), hot-mix asphalt binder and surface courses, port land cement concrete sidewalk (ADA ramps), combination concrete curb and gutter, detectable warnings, paint pavement markings, restoration, and traffic control. Waterman is located on U.S. Route 30 approximately 1 mile west of the intersection of U.S. Route 30 and Illinois Route 23 and approximately 14 miles east of Interstate 39. Est.
