Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Fennimore, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
The purpose of this project is to enhance the functionality and aesthetics of the site by replacing existing curb and gutter, installing new pavement patches, and creating a new patio area. The project also aims to improve the parking lot with new curb and gutter installations, remove outdated retaining walls, and clear existing trees and landscape zones for new landscaping. Additionally, the project will refresh paint striping, create new curb openings, install new concrete sidewalks, construct new concrete stairs with handrails, build new concrete side walls, and construct a new limestone retaining wall to match existing ones on the north side of the property. For specific details, please refer to the attached drawings. 10% Bid Bond is required M/WBE's are encouraged to participate in the bid process.
