Solicitation Id: SW-03 The Southwest Region requires assistance developing scoping packages for on-system highway improvement projects. Provide engineer(s) (ideally 8-12 years experience) to assist with the development of scoping packages, quantity and cost estimating, safety reviews, conflict identification and resolution, value engineering, and budgeting. Approximately 60 hours per week that may be completed by up to 5 individuals. This work is expected to be performed via telework with some in-person meetings at the SW Region Madison or La Crosse offices. The work performed by the consultant will be overseen and approved by the WISDOT scoping engineer assigned to the particular project(s).
