Site work and new construction of a retail development in Fennimore, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for the construction of a retail development; and for site work for a retail development.

**As of June 19, 2025, project was awarded to Jims Building Center but awarded amount is not available. The work includes construction of a new cold storage building on an existing site at the Streets Department. Footprint to match existing structure, clear height to bottom trusses of 16'-0" with a 4:12 roof pitch. The Bid Documents, consisting of Request for Proposals and Technical Specifications are available to qualified Contractors from the office of the Director of Public Works with contact information as listed below. Manufacturers or Suppliers submitting a proposal for this equipment must complete a qualification statement with the proposal. Qualification statements should explain how long the company has been completing similar work and list all prior projects and references.
