Site work for a water / sewer project in Fennimore, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
Scope of Work: Trench Drain Installation Furnish and install approximately 60 linear feet of minimum 4" wide trench drain in an existing concrete slab. The scope includes: Sawcutting and removal of existing concrete as required for trench installation. Excavation and base preparation to accommodate the trench drain system, ensuring appropriate slope for drainage. Installation of 10" wide trench drain, including all necessary grates, frames, and anchors. Connection of discharge lines to both ends of the trench drain, routed to daylight into adjacent lawn areas for surface discharge. Backfill, compaction, and concrete patching around the trench to restore the slab flush and maintain structural integrity. Site to be cleaned and left in a safe and usable condition upon completion.
