No definite date for the rebid. ** Contractors Desiring a Copy of the Bid Forms and Contract Documents May Obtain Them From the Office of the Above-named Engineer in Accordance With the Instructions to Bidders. Questions Regarding Delivery of the Bid Forms and Contract Documents Should Be Directed to C.wettstein@eps-ed.com. Technical Questions Should Be Directed to the Engineer by Calling 715-933-8033 or by Email at D.krause@eps-ed.com. Bid Security in the Amount of Five (5) Percent of the Bid Must Accompany Each Bid in Accordance With the Instructions to Bidders. Bids Shall Be Directed to the Fennimore Municipal Utilities Securely Sealed and Endorsed Upon the Out-side Wrapper, Bid for Industrial Substation Concrete Foundations. A Pre-bid Conference Will Not Be Held. Bidder's Qualifications Must Be Submitted to Eps Engineering & Design, at Least Five (5) Days Prior to the Date Set for Opening and Receiving of Bids. The City Council of Fennimore Reserves the Right to Reject Any and All Bids, to Waive Irregularities and Informalities Therein and to Award the Contract in the Best Interests of the Utility. Furnishing of All Labor and Material for the Construction of the Various Concrete Founda-tions.
