Site work and paving for a road / highway in Fennimore, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway.
Furnishing and installation of approximately 22,000 square yards of single layer chip seal coating and miscellaneous work on various streets in the City of Fennimore. The City of Fennimore reserves the right to waive formalities in bidding and to reject any and all bids. No bid shall be withdrawn without the consent of the Owner for a period of forty-five days after the scheduled time of the bid opening. The letting of the work described is subject to the provisions of Section 66.0901 and 66.0903 of the Wisconsin Statutes. The minimum wage rates to be paid for the project shall be in accordance with Section 66.0903 of the Wisconsin Statutes. State wage rates have not been established for this project. Contractor shall carry Public Liability Insurance and Workmen's Compensation Insurance that is satisfactory to the Owner.
