The Port of Clarkston (Port) invites qualified consultants to submit their statement of qualifications (SOQ) for the 14th Street Cargo Dock Condition Assessment & Rehabilitation Analysis (Project). Consultants must have the skills and experience in providing marine facility assessment, project management, conceptual engineering, cost estimating, scheduling, design, plans and specifications. Applicants must be able to demonstrate the qualifications necessary to fully, properly and timely carry out all of the obligations described in the RFQ. Disadvantaged, Minority, and Women's Business Enterprises are encouraged to respond.
