the following project. 1. County Line Road - Durham Road to Township Line (6,700) SY FB modified leveling and Overlay 2. Spring Hill East - Stouts Valley (600) SY FB Modified Leveling and (2,000 SY) of Overlay FB Modified Bituminous Paving Course to be produced and applied complete in-place in accordance with PennDOT PUB 447 MS-0310-0010 . FB Modified material must be produced from a supplier listed in Bulletin 15 under the heading "MISC-Asphalt Paving Course, FB Modified". The contractor is responsible for milling all paving notches at side streets and start and stop locations and driveways, where necessary, prior to the overlay. Contractor is responsible for traffic control during all phases of construction. The Project will be awarded at a monthly public business meeting of the Durham Township Board of Supervisors within 60 days. Each bid must be accompanied by a certified check or bid bond in the amount of 10% of the bid, made payable to Durham Township. A performance and payment bond in the amount of 100% of the contract (or similar financial security) shall be furnished by the successful bidder to the Township within 20 days after the contract is awarded. Liquidated damages apply at the rate of $870 per calendar day. The Township reserves the right to accept or reject any or all proposals and to award the contract in the best interest of Durham Township
