The work consists of supplying and installing geosynthetics on an area owned by the SECCRA, as indicated in the Bid Specification, for the SECCRA Community Landfill. ECCRA reserves the right to accept or reject any or all Bids. The Bid must be accompanied by a Bid Security in the form of a certified check or bid bond in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the total amount of the Bid, or $10.000.00, whichever is greater. DESCRIPTION OF WORK A. Furnish and deliver Geomembrane liner. B. Furnish and deliver Geocomposite Drainage layer. C. Furnish and deliver Geotextile. D. All activities will be conducted in compliance with the Facility's existing Solid Waste Permits, Permit Applications or as listed in the Technical Specification, whichever is more restrictive. If the material is not approved by the PADEP, for use at the SECCRA Community Landfill, the Owner shall have no obligations for purchase of said materials. E. In this Bid Specification the terms Contractor, Manufacturer and Supplier and mean the Bidder. F. It is expected that the materials will be delivered summer 2025. The Owner will give 45 days notice of when delivery is expected. The Supplier is expected to deliver the material within 3 days of requested date. If not delivered within the 3 day window, the Supplier will pay the owner $ 2,500.00 per day standby charge. Delivery is to be made ONLY at the Owners direction. Material shipped without Owner's approval, will not be accepted. G. There will be NO price escalator used for this Bid. The price listed on the Bid Form will be the price paid by the owner. H. Payment will happen after material is delivered to the site. Payment may be made for stored material. Contractor must provide billing from manufacturer for stored payment. Final Payment will be made for price per square yard installed. I. Materials are to be delivered to 219 Street Rd., West Grove, PA 19390.
