**As of April 24, 2025, the project was awarded to Fahrner Asphalt Sealers, with an awarded amount of $391,670.10 .** This project shall consist of furnishing labor, equipment, materials and work necessary in the construction of the following items of work: Est. Qty Item 22,000 Ton Hot Mix Bituminous Concrete Pavement Placement 101,000 Sy Cold Asphaltic Pavement Milling 49,000 Sy Asphaltic Pulverizing & Shaping Concrete Sidewalk, Curb & Gutter Replacement Storm Inlet, Storm & Sanitarty Manhole Repair Bids shall be accompanied by a Bid Bond or Certified Check payable to the City of Brookfield equal to five percent (5%) of the largest possible total bid or bids, including consideration of alternates. The City reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive any minor informality or irregularity in bids received.
