The proposed work along Benjamin Circle, Apple Creek Lane, Cortland Drive, and Legacy Lane generally involves installation of a scratch course and wearing course overlay. Alternates are included for the installation of paving fabric. Bidders are advised that prevailing wage rates and record-keeping procedures established by the Pennsylvania Department of Labor & Industry shall apply for bids over $100,000 and that minimum salaries and wages as set forth in the Contract Documents shall be paid on the project Question Deadline 03/07/2025 All questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents are to be submitted to Engineer in writing via Online. Questions received less than ten (10) days prior to the date for opening of Bids may not be answered D Each proposal must be accompanied by a bank cashier's check or bid bond (in the required form) for ten percent (10%) of the bid total. If a bank cashier's check is used. Jackson Township hereby reserves the right, which is understood and agreed to by all bidders, to reject any and all bids and to waive any omissions, errors, mistakes, defects or irregularities in any bid at its sole discretion
