The project is an indefinite delivery, indefinite quantity (IDIQ) contract focused on the reconstruction and relay of Pittsburgh Water's public sewer system including storm, sanitary, and combined sewer facilities as required or directed. T It is the goal of the PWSA to award contracts to disadvantaged businesses and to provide guidance on how to conduct business with the PWSA.
