City of Reedsburg 2025 Asphaltic Concrete Pavement: Plum Street and RACA Parking area to include: Provide and install approximately 1,400 tons of asphaltic concrete pavement at various locations in the City of Reedsburg on an oncall basis. Work under this Contract shall also include adjustment of manholes and valve boxes as necessary, restoration of the work area, and other miscellaneous items in conformance with the Contract Documents. The City of Reedsburg reserves the right to waive any informalities and to reject any or all Bids. All Bids Shall Be Accompanied by a Certified Check or Bid Bond Equal to Five Percent (5%) of the Bid Payable to the Owner. Bid date notes: All Bids shall be placed in an opaque envelope addressed to City of Reedsburg, 134 South Locust Street, P.O. Box 490, Reedsburg, WI 53959, and shall be labeled "Bid for City of Reedsburg 2025 Asphaltic Concrete Pavement" and incorporate the name and address of the Bidder on the outside of the envelope.
