The Village of Amherst, Wisconsin, hereby gives notice that sealed unit price bids will be received for the pulverizing, relaying and compacting of approximately .29 miles of roadway of the street in the Village of Amherst, including preparation of foundation, asphaltic pavement and shouldering. This is an LRIP Project OWNER reserves the right to reject any and all Bids, waive informalities in bidding or to accept the Bid or Bids, which best serve the interests of the OWNER The Bidder to whom a Contract is awarded shall furnish a Performance Bond and a Payment Bond each in an amount equal to the Contract Price Bid Security in the amount of not less than 5% nor more than 10% of the BID shall accompany each Bid in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders
