Texas Parks and Wildlife Department (TPWD) is seeking a Request for Proposal (RFP) for Installation of New Manufactured Housing. Questions Due: February 12, 2025, at 2:00 P.M. CST Texas Parks and Wildlife Department (TPWD) is soliciting bids for two (2) 2024 or most current model manufactured home to be delivered and setup at Lake Livingston State Park located at 300 State Park Rd 65, Livingston, TX 77351 and Mission Tejas State Park located at 19343 State Hwy 21 E, Grapeland, TX 75844. Due to urgent need, project needs to be completed as soon as possible. Respondents shall provide estimated delivery schedule with response. Delivery terms may be a factor in determining best value for award. If a Respondent provides more than one option for delivery schedule, they should provide a separate quote for each option with their proposal.
