Summary of Work: The new TACC Visitor Center for the Texas Advanced Computing Center on the JJ Pickle Research Campus will be an addition to the existing Research Office Complex (ROC) and the existing Advanced Computing Center (ACB) buildings. The 5,630 sf addition will be a single story, 31' height, warm shell with 2-HR rated wall assemblies separating it from the adjacent buildings. All work for this project must begin on or about May 12, 2025 and must be completed by the end of the day July 31, 2026.
