Renovation of an educational facility in North Prairie, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
Project Location: Prairie View Elementary School W330S6473 Hwy E North Prairie, WI 53153 General 1. This project is not prevailing wage. 2. The Owner reserves the right to reject any and all bids or waive any irregularities in any bid, or to accept any bid which will best serve the interest of the owner 3. No bid may be withdrawn for 60 days after the bid opening. Bid bonds and performance bonds are not required. No oral explanation regarding the meaning of Drawings and Specifications will be made and no oral instructions will be given before award of a contract. Bidders shall bring discrepancies, omissions, conflicts, or doubt as to the true meaning of any part of contract documents to Mukwonago Area School District, attention at least five (5) days before the due date for bids. Prompt clarifications will be supplied to Bidders by Addendum. The Mukwonago Area School District will not be responsible for oral instructions. Only a written interpretation or correction by Addendum shall be binding. No bidder shall rely upon any interpretation or correction given by any other method. The Mukwonago Area School District is seeking proposals for qualified companies and experienced contractors to update the building with a new fire detection system and devices to bring the building to NFPA Code Compliance. Further, the IBC 2015 code for Audio Evac System must be incorporated. This project can be completed during summer break between June 12, 2025, and August 15, 2025.
