Reference Number 0000377492 Job Location: Varies Bid Intent Not Available The intent of this contract is to select an asphalt patching contractor to provide patching services on town-maintained streets that will be identified following the bid opening and to provide on-call patching services for the Town. No questions received after this date will be answered unless an addendum extends the bid date. The Project is to be completed and ready for final payment in accordance with paragraph 15.06 of the Standard General Conditions of the Construction Contract (Section C-700) by October 31, 2025. A pre-bid conference will not be held for this project. Bonding Requirements - Bid Bond 5 % - Performance Bond 100 % - Labor and Materials Bond 100 % - Payment Bond 100 % Each Bidder shall file with his Bid an acceptable Bid security in the form of a bidder's bond in an amount not less than five percent (5%) of the total Bid in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. The Bidder to whom a Contract is awarded will be required to furnish a Performance Bond guaranteeing faithful performance and a Labor and Material Payment Bond guaranteeing payment of all debts arising from the Work. Owner reserves the right to reject any or all Bids, to waive any informalities or irregularities therein, and to reject nonconforming, non-responsive, or conditional bids.
