Reference Number 0000372836 Delivery Point: Park County, Co Purchase Type: Term: 02/17/2025 02:00 AM EST - 12/31/2025 02:00 AM EST Through this invitation for Bid (IFB), Park County Public Works department, hereinafter referred to as County, respectfully requests bids from responsible qualified companies to provide heavy equipment and operators on and on-call basis throughout Park County. The services include but are not limited to: Motor Graders- Snow removal, road grading, emergency weather situations. Tandem or Single axle plow trucks- Snow removal, material hauling, emergency weather situations. Dozer- Snow removal, debris removal and clearing i.e floods, avalanches, other disasters. Front end loader- Snow removal, debris clearing, material loading, emergency situations. Road Reclaimer/grinder- asphalt, chip, gravel grinding. Excavator- culvert installation, snow removal, roadway clearing, emergency situations. Question Deadline 02/05/2025 at 2:00 PM MT Questions are submitted online Yes, All questions related to this IFB must be through online. Responses will be shared with all potential respondents. Park County reserves the right to waive any technical or formal errors or omissions and to reject any or all bids, or accept any presented which meet or exceed the specifications which are deemed to be in the best interest of Park County, and will not necessarily be bound to accept the low bid. The County also reserves the right to waive formalities or informalities contained in said bid, and to negotiate any optional items with the successful bidder.
