Reference Number 0000370127 Bid Intent Not Available The Scope of Work of this Contract generally consists of the following item(s): Jet Cleaning of approximately 3,400 LF of 36" Diameter Sanitary Sewer Line marked red in the Jet Cleaning Bid Map. With the option to add the following item(s), as budget allows, in any combination: Jet Cleaning of approximately 900 LF of 36" Diameter Sanitary Sewer Line marked Orange on the Jet Cleaning Bid Map. Jet Cleaning of approximately 2930 LF of 18" Diameter Sanitary Sewer Line marked Blue on the Jet Cleaning Bid Map. Jet Cleaning of approximately 4,110 LF of 15" Diameter Sanitary Sewer Line marked Purple on the Jet Cleaning Bid Map. No bid shall be withdrawn after opening the bid without the consent of the City of Craig, for a period of 30 days after the scheduled time for opening bids. The City of Craig, Colorado reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any informality in the bidding. The bids shall be completely filled out on the bid forms provided. Bids shall be addressed to the City of Craig, Attention: City Clerk and shall have the name of the bidder and "Large Diameter Sewer Line Jet Cleaning" written thereon. Failure to comply with the provisions of this paragraph will be cause for rejection of bid.
