Reference Number 0000370022 Bid Intent Not Available Purchase Type: Duration: 4 years Durango School District 9-R, (Durango 9-R, the District), is re-qualifying existing pre-qualified Architectural/Engineering (A/E) firms (List of existing pre-qualified Firms - Exhibit A) and inviting expressions of interest and Statements of Qualifications (SOQs) from qualified firms interested in providing A/E services for projects over the anticipated four (4) year term of the District's 2024 Bond Program, which was approved by the voters of the District in November 2024. Over the four (4)-year duration of the 2024 Bond Program, the District intends to: construct and equip, one (1) new elementary school, making necessary major site repairs, replacements and improvements, installation of safety and security enhancements, upgrades to mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems, and investing in workforce housing solutions. Most of that work will be completed pursuant to Design Packages, with design by architect-led teams.
