Reference Number 0000377387 Bid Intent Not Available The approximate quantities of major items of work involved are as follows: 3,385 cubic yards of dredging in Auburn Hills with appropriate handling and disposal of spoils and associated paving and restoration work. Work will take part in phases, dredging approximately 2,785 cubic yards at Fieldstone Golf Course Pond and 600 cubic yards at the Auburn Hills Public Library Basin. The Auburn Hills Public Library Basin will also consist of grading of the basin and 0.2 acres of clearing. Bid Security in the form of a Cashier's Check or Bid Bond for a sum no less than five percent (5%) of the amount of the Bid will be required with each Bid. No Bid may be withdrawn for a period of ninety (90) calendar days after the scheduled closing time for receipt of the Bids. The OWNER reserves the right to accept any Bid, reject any Bid, or waive irregularities in Bids
