Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Honolulu, Hawaii. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; and water / sewer project.
This project generally consists of construction of a new 12-inch PVC force main, trenching and backfilling, fittings and appurtenances, connections to the existing Hale Halawai wastewater pump station and a new force main discharge manhole, rehabilitation of the existing force main discharge manhole, install a magnetic flow meter within a new flow meter box, replace existing check valve vault piping, pavement restoration, erosion and sediment control and temporary work zone traffic control, and related work in accordance with the plans and specifications. To be eligible to submit a bid, the Bidder must possess a valid State of Hawaii, General Engineering Contractor License "A". See Special Notice to Bidders for additional licensing requirements. No Bidder may withdraw its bid after the hour set for the opening thereof or before the award of the contract, unless said award is delayed for a period exceeding NINETY (90) consecutive calendar days.
