Project scope consists of Reconstruction of a roadway facility to four lanes consisting of Grading, Asphalt, Lime Treated Subgrade, Flexible Base, Culvert Structures, Riprap, Signing, Delineation, Traffic Signals and Pavement Markings. A BIDDER'S BOND from a reliable surety company licensed to operate in the State of Texas or certified Cashier's Check, payable without recourse to the County of Hidalgo, for the amount of not less than 5% of the total bid shall accompany the bid as guaranty that, if awarded the contract, the bidder will enter into a contract with the County of Hidalgo. A Payment Bond is required in the amount of one hundred percent (100%) of the Contract Amount, if the contract exceeds $25,000.
