General Terms & Conditions General Information: Intention: It is the Intention of the Board of Trustees of the Edinburg Consolidated Independent School District to Receive Proposals From Interested Vendors to Provide Fire Extinguisher Inspection & Repair. Contract Service Period: This is a Term Contract Beginning April 1, 2025 or Soon Thereafter and Ending March 31, 2026. Question Deadline 02/20/2025 at 5:00 PM CT Renewal Clause: This Contract May Be Renewed for an Additional Two (2) Year Term Contract Period(S), Renewed Annually, if the Vendor and the Edinburg Cisd Agree and No Increases in Cost Are Incurred Except Fort the Growth of the Contract.
