The Owner wants to demolish & remove the existing buildings and construct a single replacement bath house at the current beach campground bathhouse site. The Muskegon County Bathhouse at Pioneer Park Campground is funded through the Michigan DNR, Natural Resource Trust Fund Grant all relevant state or federal requirements apply. The Grant number is TF22-0044 Muskegon County Bathhouse Grant. MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS It is the intention of the Owner to award this contract to a Bidder that will perform and complete all work in compliance with the Contract Documents and in a workmanlike and professional manner. Bids are therefore only solicited from responsible Bidders known to be skilled, experienced, and regularly engaged in work of similar character and magnitude to that covered by these contract documents. Bids will be considered from firms who: 1. Are licensed to do business in the State of Michigan, please provide documentation. 2. Possess the necessary qualifications and competencies to provide the goods or perform the work proposed. Please provide any/all subcontractors that will be used in the completion of this project. 3. Bidder shall provide a list of projects in the State of Michigan where they have provided similar services.
