The Owner reserves the right to withdraw Intent to Award Contract and reject all bids. The work generally consists of seal coating 7.24 miles of South Latah Highway District roadway and fog seal coating 7.24 miles of South Latah Highway District roadway.The roads to be seal coated and fog seal coated are as follows: o & temp margin; Cedar Ridge Road: Beginning at Highway 3 in Kendrick to Cedar Creek Bridge. o &tempmargin;0.3 Miles - 25-ft Width. o &tempmargin;5.37 Miles - 21-ft Width o &temp margin;Little Bear Ridge Road: Beginning from the Kendrick City limits to the bridge 1.1miles. o &tempmargin;1.1 Miles - 24-ft Width o & temp margin;Chestnut Street: Beginning at Highway 95 Right of Way to the Genesee City Limits o &tempmargin;0.47 Miles - 24-ft Width: Chip seal and fog seal 20 - 000 SY of streets in Genesee - Idaho. o & temp margin; Chestnut Street from west city Limits to east city Limits o &temp margin;Cedar Street from Chestnut north to the city limits: Chip seal and fog seal 3 - 200 SY of streets in Genesee -Idaho. o &temp margin; Beech Street from Chestnut Street to Hazel Street: A bid bond equal to 5% of the bid amount must accompany the bid proposal. ublic Works Contractor's License for the State of Idaho is required to bid on this project. (See instructions to Bidders and general conditions for further Bidder qualifications.) : All work to be completed between June 30 - 2025 and August 15 - 2025.
