Site work for a civil project in Sandpoint, Idaho. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The Project includes the following Work: Installing 6,290 linear feet of 3" water main and associated appurtenances and connecting to the existing water distribution network. Installing pressure reducing valve stations. Constructing booster pump station building and installing booster pumping system. Rehabilitating the existing reservoirs. A Bid Guaranty of 5 percent of the Bid Amount is required. Separate Performance and Payment Bonds, each in the amount of 100 percent of the Contract Amount, will be required. Each bidder must supply all the information required by the Bid Documents and Specifications. This project is funded by IDEQ and ARPA and is subject to all requirements set forth in the contract documents. All contractors, subcontractors, or specialty contractors shall be required to have a current license as a Public Works Contractor in the State of Idaho to submit and Bid or Proposal on this Project.
