RFQ Contractor - Pack River Delta Restoration Phase III The project will be funded by the Bonneville Power Administration through an MOA signed between the Bonneville Power Administration and the State of Idaho in August 2018. This MOA is intended to fund IDFG to mitigate losses to fish and wildlife and their habitats resulting from Albeni Falls dam operations and inundation. The Department of Fish and Game will administer the project according to the terms and conditions of the award and State laws and guidelines. The project's construction wage rate requirements will fall under Davis-Bacon Act. This request for prequalification's will be used to select the four (4) highest ranked contractors who will then be asked to provide a construction bid to the Idaho Department of Fish and Game (IDFG) Engineering Bureau, for the Pack River Delta Restoration Project-Phase III.
